At TOPTOY® Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for blind box items, the internal foil must remain sealed to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item's condition.

Receive Return Authorization

Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return shipping address.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack the product in its original box and include the RMA form inside the package before shipping it back to our warehouse.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Our team will inspect the returned collectible to ensure the seal is intact; once verified, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
